Welcome to LendRV, a peer-to-peer rental marketplace operated by TravelDRD ("LendRV," "we," "us"). By browsing, renting, or listing on LendRV you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. What LendRV is

LendRV is a marketplace that connects vehicle and boat owners ("Owners") with people who want to rent them ("Renters") across South Florida. Categories include RVs and campers, boats, cars, golf carts, and Jeeps. LendRV is the platform; the rental agreement itself is between the Owner and the Renter.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old to rent or list a motorized vehicle or vessel.
• Renters must hold a valid driver's license (and, where applicable, a valid boating safety credential) appropriate to the vehicle.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

3. Listing a vehicle

• You must legally own the vehicle or be authorized to rent it out.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing — photos, condition, pricing, and availability.
• You retain control: every booking request goes to you for owner-approval before it is confirmed. You decide who rents your vehicle.
• Your vehicle must be road/water-worthy, properly registered, and maintained in safe operating condition.

4. Booking & payments

Renters submit a request; no payment is taken until the Owner confirms availability. Payments are processed securely through TravelDRD's payment partner. LendRV may charge a service fee, disclosed before checkout. Owner payouts are released after the trip per the payout schedule shown to Owners.

5. Insurance & protection

Rental protection is described on our Insurance & Protection page and applies subject to its terms, exclusions, and verification requirements. Coverage is not a substitute for an Owner's own primary insurance, and certain categories or uses may be excluded. Read that page before listing or renting.

6. Conduct & prohibited uses

• No illegal use, subletting, or use outside the agreed dates and area.
• No operating under the influence; no exceeding stated passenger or weight limits.
• Renters return the vehicle in the condition received, fueled/charged per the listing terms.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation terms are shown at the time of booking. Owners who cancel confirmed bookings may affect their standing on the platform.

8. Disclaimers & liability

LendRV provides the marketplace "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, LendRV and TravelDRD are not liable for the acts or omissions of Owners or Renters, nor for damage, injury, or loss arising from any rental. Owners and Renters are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
