This Privacy Policy explains how Free Land Vacations, the company behind the TravelDRD and LendRV brands ("LendRV," "TravelDRD," "Free Land Vacations," "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use the LendRV website and services (the "Platform"), a South Florida peer-to-peer marketplace for renting and listing RVs, campers, boats, cars, golf carts, and Jeeps. It applies to Owners, Renters, and visitors. By using the Platform you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide

• Account & profile: name, email, phone number, mailing address, password, and profile details.
• Identity & eligibility: date of birth, driver's license or government ID, and — where applicable — boater safety credentials, submitted for verification.
• Listings & bookings: vehicle details, photos, availability, pricing, rental preferences, messages, and rental or check-in documents.
• Payment details: billing information and payment-method data (processed by our payment providers — see Section 5).
• Communications & support: messages you send us, reviews, survey responses, and support requests.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages, and interaction data.
• Approximate location derived from IP address, and, if you allow it, more precise location from your device.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

1.3 Information from third parties

• Identity, driving-record, and fraud-prevention checks from verification providers.
• Payment confirmations and risk signals from payment processors.
• Information from social login or referral sources, where you use them.

2. How we collect it

We collect information directly from you when you register, list, book, communicate, or transact; automatically as you use the Platform; and from the third-party providers described above.

3. How we use information

• To operate the Platform — create accounts, publish listings, process Booking requests, and facilitate rentals between Owners and Renters.
• To process payments, deposits, payouts, fees, and any damage or claim amounts.
• To verify identity and eligibility and to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and safety risks.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To send transactional messages (booking confirmations, receipts, and — if you consent — your signed check-in PDF and trip updates) and, with your consent where required, marketing communications.
• To improve, personalize, and analyze the Platform.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. How we share information

• Between Owners and Renters: to facilitate a Booking, we share the information reasonably necessary to complete and support the rental (for example, first name, booking details, and contact or pickup information at the appropriate stage).
• Service providers: vendors who host our systems, process payments, verify identity, send communications, and provide analytics, under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal & safety: when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LendRV, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
• With your direction or consent.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing for analytics or advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state laws — see Section 12 for your choices.

5. Payments & verification

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors, and identity/driver checks by verification providers. Full payment-card details are collected and stored by those processors, not by LendRV, and their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. We receive limited confirmation and risk information needed to complete and secure transactions.

6. Cookies & tracking

We and our providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure performance, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect Platform features. Where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals.

7. Your choices & rights

• Account information: you can review and update most profile information in your account or by contacting us.
• Marketing: you can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link, and of marketing texts by replying STOP; transactional messages may continue.
• Cookies: manage through your browser as described above.
• Access & deletion: subject to law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (see Sections 12 and 14).

8. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and safety obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirement. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your account credentials and notify us of any suspected unauthorized use.

10. Children's privacy

The Platform is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

The Platform may link to third-party sites and services, including TravelDRD and payment providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

12. State privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain "sales" or "sharing" of personal information or targeted advertising. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us using Section 14; we will verify your request as required by law and respond within the applicable timeframe. You may use an authorized agent where permitted.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
